Regardless of the time of year the countryside around Parkley Farm offers the opportunity for some wonderful walking and the chance to see some of Scotland's wildlife.

The Bathgate Hills

Sitting in the lower slopes of the Bathgate Hills there are miles of pleasant and undulating walks not too taxing but enjoyable and relaxing and offering the opportunity to catch a glimple of some local indigenous wildlife such as buzzard, fox, and depending on time of day, badgers.
